The main objective of the Project   is to support unemployed people in the intervention area (Municipality of Patras), who belong mainly to the following population groups:

  • Young - new entrants to the labor market
  • long-term Unemployed
  • Women
  • All those who aim to develop their own business

Deadline for OAED project for subsidizing businesses to recruit beneficiaries of TOPSA-TOPEKO projects

The Employment Agency (OAED) announced that the procedure for submitting electronic applications to subsidize businesses in order to recruit 10,000 beneficiaries of TOPSA and TOPEKO projects will be completed on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.

450 JOBS IN PPC

PPC announced the filling with priority of 450 jobs, employed under private law Indefinite Time Secondary Education. The Application procedure will be done electronically, from July 1, 2015 to July 15, 2015.

Voucher in Tourism

It was announced the begginng of the application process for the project: "VOUCHER FOR YOUNG TILL 29 YEARS IN PRIVATE ENTERPRISES IN TOURISM INDUSTRY FOR OBTAINING WORK EXPERIENCE." Πολυεθνική εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο των ταχυκίνητων καταναλωτικών προϊόντων, αναζητά Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator για απασχόληση στη Βαρσοβία της Πολωνίας.

 

 

Οι βασικές αρμοδιότητες της θέσης είναι οι παρακάτω:

  • Παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης των συνεργατών LSP
  • Επίλυση θεμάτων εξυπηρέτησης εσωτερικών πελατών
  • Συλλογή δεδομένων και σύνταξη reports
  • Λεπτομερής αξιολόγηση, αναγνώριση και εφαρμογή βελτιώσεων τόσο σε επίπεδο εταιρείας όσο και συνεργατών LSP με στόχο τη μέγιστη απόδοση και εξοικονόμηση κόστους
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων για την υποστήριξη διοικητικών αποφάσεων και budgeting
  • Διαχείριση του συστήματος διατήρησης δεδομένων
  • Υποστήριξη του network optimization modeling
  • Εξασφάλιση της τήρησης της εθνικής νομοθεσίας
  • Επίβλεψη παραλαβών & αποστολών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των πελατών
  • Παρακολούθηση της διασύνδεσης μεταξύ πληροφοριακών συστημάτων με στόχο την ομαλή διαβίβαση και εκτέλεση παραγγελιών

Θα προηγηθεί εκπαίδευση (on the job training).

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Τουλάχιστον 4-ετή εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση
  • Μεταπτυχιακό με εξειδίκευση στα Logistics ή παρόμοιο τομέα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και της ελληνικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Γνώση SAP (logistics module)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel και Access
  • Γνώση Supply Chain Guru, CAST, SAILS θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
  • Ισχυρές αναλυτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομάδα
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Θέληση για συνεχή βελτίωση

PUBLIC BENEFIT PROJECT (No3)

It was announced on Tuesday 25/8/2015, by OAED, the start of the application procedure by stakeholders for the third phase of the public benefit project. The project aims to the creation of 19.101 full-time jobs in Supervising Bodies of the State. Submissions will be made electronically through the OAED website (www.oaed.gr) till Monday 14/09/2015.
