The modern socio-economic environment, the economic crisis and the difficulty of finding investment capital are barriers to the development of entrepreneurship in Greece, this period. That fact makes a necessity to support both existing businesses to ensure their viability and their further development, and new businesses. Grants are an important solution to the aforementioned problems, because they can provide the necessary impetus in all productive sectors, to improve the business environment and create multiplier effects on the economy through job creation and infrastructure construction projects. For this reason, it is necessary to refer to the major subsidy projects implemented, this period:
The project refers to 2000 young people, aged until 35, who are unemployed. The project concerns on a subsidy of 10.000 €, to reinforce business plans with an emphasis on innovation. Administrator of the project is OAED and the total cost of the project financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and national funds.
The project is referred at both existing and new businesses. Supporting investment projects through tax credits, grants and favorable loans. The type of business that may be involved affects all the productive sectors. The program resources from EU funds mainly through NSRF.
The project is expected to start in the immediate future and will include subsidize up to 50% for existing and new businesses. Prerequisite is the share of 51% and above of the businesses to belong to a woman or group of women.
The project is in progress for the strengthening of women's entrepreneurship through subsidy of the main costs of setting up and running a business.
The project is in progress and involves the subsidize of SMEs businesses. The beneficiaries of the project, through Community funds, can modernize the mechanical equipment, expand their operations and upgrade their products and services that they provide.
"Young farmers - Measure 112 ". This project has been announced and the dates for submission of applications is concerned from 3/18/2014 to 5/16/2014. The project refers to the strengthening, through subsidy, of young farmers who want to operate in the field of crop and livestock production as well as in other agricultural activities. A key criterion is interested to be in the age group 18-40 years and live in the area, that they will be active. Grants will range from 10.000 € -20.000 € and will be paid in three installments.
Those selected in the Project " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia “ must come to the office of the DP in order to complete the necessary forms and learn about additional documents that have to be attached.

The selection of beneficiaries has completed and the interested parties can check the results in the attached list with their Protocol Number.

Those of the selected individuals, who do not wish to participate in the Project, should also come to the office of the Development Partnership.

On Wednesday, December 11, 2013, the interview process was finished for the candidates of the Project " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia "
After the completion of the evaluation of the candidates, they will be selected the 100 finalists and the 20 runners up of the Project. The list of beneficiaries will be posted on the website of the DP after a reasonable period.
On Wednesday, December 4, 2013 begins the interview process, for the selection of 100 beneficiaries of the Project " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia "
The Candidates will be asked to complete a personality test and then a personal interview with each candidate will be held. The Candidates will be notified by telephone about the day and time of the interview, as well as the necessary documentation needed.

CALL FOR THE SELECTION OF BANKING INSTITUTE FOR THE FINANCIAL APPROVED PROJECT ENTITLED "LOCAL NETWORK FOR THE EMPLOYABILITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE PREFECTURE OF ACHAIA "
The Company entitled "X.-M Skoulidi & CO "and the name" p-consulting », acting as Coordinator of the non-profit organization (DP) with the name" Employability Development Partnership of Achaia " implements the Project entitled " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia " adopted for implementation by Code MIS "389 370" and is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) under the NSRF (2007-2013), addresses this Call for Proposals to all branches of Banks, officially recognized by the Bank of Greece, based in the city of Patras, in order to choose the most advantageous in terms of amount of deposit rate banks offer, in which the DP with the name " Employability Development Partnership of Achaia " will open an interest-bearing bank account, (according to Gov. issue b 16 / 11.01.2012 Article 6), for the deposit of funds of that Project.
The Project entitled " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia " and Code MIS "389 370" was approved for implementation with a total budget of EUR 350,000.00 and the deposit of funds will be gradually with the development of implementation. The period of implementation of the Project is 15.5 months.
Offers can be submitted by all branches of Banks, officially recognized by the Bank of Greece, based in the city of Patras.
Tenders submitted must indicate:
a) identification of the tenderer Bank Foundation
b) addressed to the "X.-M Skoulidis & Co. ', located in Patras (Anthemiou 1, TK 26442)
c) that the offer to surrender funding the Project entitled Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia "
d) clearly offered high interest checking account deposits for funding of this Project, and
e) be signed and legally bind the offering banking institutions.

The workshop aims to inform potential beneficiaries of the Project " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia " about the actions which will be implemented.
At the workshop will be a representative of the company "Achaean Snails" to talk about the development of entrepreneurship during the economic crisis.

On Monday, October 14, 2013 held in Patras in Chamber of Achaia, the Informative Workshop of D.P.: "Employability Development Partnership of Achaia" entitled "Actions for labor market integration of the unemployed through Local Plans for Employment."

Speakers were:
Skoulidis Charitini - Maria: Project Manager of DP - Representative of Leader Partner "p-consulting», which outlined the objectives of the Act and the actions, which will be developed.
Gotsis Andreas: Vice President of DP - Board Member of Chamber of Achaia, who analyzed the main economic sectors covered by the Project.
George Diamantis: President & CEO of Action Synergy SA, who presented with a detailed way the Matching Tool and E-learning platform for those interested in creating their own business.
Zira Stavroula: Project Manager of ZIRAS SK INTERNATIONAL, describing the new forms of entrepreneurship that can be deployed during economic crisis.
The event started at 18:00 with the greeting of Mrs. A. Triantafyllou, which referred to the importance of the Project for the unemployed to participate and the positive results which will be produced. After that, Mr. P. Marlafekas addressed greetings and mentioned in the dynamics of the Chamber of Achaia, and finally Mr. N. Kotsonis spoke about the contribution of SEV PDE absorption of beneficiaries of the Project.
After the greetings,followed the planned speeches. Ms. Skoulidi reported extensively in objectives and expected outcomes of the Project, with particular emphasis on actions to be developed in the project implementation schedule, the significant support to the beneficiaries, and ended her speech with a message of encouragement for the vocational rehabilitation of the beneficiaries of the Project.
After Ms. Skoulidi, Mr. A. Gotsis analyzed the main economic sectors covered by the Projectf. His speech focused on emerging and potentially profitable sectors of the economy which are mainly rural and tourism and energy
The CEO of Action Synergy AE presented the Matching Tool and E-Learning platform for those wishing to start their own business. Specifically, he referred to the usefulness of the matching tool as the tool that links the requirements of enterprise for manpower with suitable candidates for each job. Then presented the platform e-learning and the innovation provided by the DP to the beneficiaries by providing them the opportunity to learn five different languages in daily basic professional terminology.
Ms. Zira concerned to the existing and anticipated projects of the NSRF 2014-2020 programming period, highlighting the opportunities arising from these for the vocational rehabilitation of unemployed. Also Ms. Zira emphasized the development of female entrepreneurship and SMEs supported by many community projects.
At the end of the conference held Questions and Discussion with the audience.
In conclusion, the message that emerged was the potential of the Project to implement the proposed action, and the full acceptance of the candidate beneficiaries in their integration into the working environment based on local needs and simultaneously enhance the development potential of the area.
On Monday 10/14/2013 at 18:00 to 20:00, it will be held in Chamber of Achaia the First Workshop of the Project " Local Network for the Employability Development of the Prefecture of Achaia ".

Young scientists, who are university graduates, members in professional associations and unable to register in OAED, can applicate if they meet certain conditions.
Insured employees of OGA, if the individual incomes from agricultural activities does not exceed 3.000 € for the financial year 2013, and the individual real, objective or income from other sources does not exceed the amount of 9.000,00 €

The selectable unemployed will participate in the actions of:
1. Training
The training will λαστ 81 hours (theory and practice) and will address the following educational objectives: 1) Organization and Administration of Rural Operations 2) Organic Farming 3) Vegetable Crops of Greenhouse & Rural 4) Design, Installation and Maintenance of Photovoltaic Systems
2 Learning
The learning will be done through special educational platform e-learning and will cover the following areas: 1) Management 2) Marketing 3) Professional Foreign Language Terminology in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian
3 Consulting
The Consulting will be in individual and group sessions with beneficiaries on the following issues: 1) Career Consulting 2) Consulting in Entrepreneurship 3) Consulting monitoring 4) Special support and advice
